The report has details such as:
- the number of homes built in the borough
- how well the provision of affordable homes is being delivered
- the provision of homes of different sizes.
The report also monitors the infrastructure needed to support the Croydon Local Plan and provides information about Croydon’s Duty to Cooperate.
Longer-term trends are used where available, however the monitoring report published below focuses on the financial years 2020 to 2021 and 2021 to 2022
The details relating to industrial floor space and retail were last updated in 2019. The report will be updated in the latter part of 2023.
